Our commitments
- 72-hour grievance acknowledgement. Every grievance — submitted via this form, email, postal mail, or telephone — is acknowledged within 72 hours of receipt.
- 30-day grievance resolution. Routine grievances are resolved within 30 days. Complex matters requiring third-party data exchange or cross-tenant coordination are resolved within 45 days, with an interim status communication no later than the 30-day mark.
- 72-hour breach notification. Upon confirmation of a personal-data breach, we notify the Data Protection Board of India and the affected Data Principals within 72 hours of confirmation.
- India-only data residency. All personal data is processed and stored in India (Mumbai · ap-south-1). No cross-border data transfer without your explicit consent.
